Adrenalin Forest by Texas

I had no idea why this place is called “Adrenalin Forest” but I understood after I had been there …
I jumped in Wendy’s car with Tomoka and Keisuke. We sung as we headed there for enjoyment along the way.
It was a bit chilly but beautiful weather. The air was so clear and great and it was absolutely quiet.
Firstly we heard about how to use the Adrenalin Forest. It was not easy for me to understand what he said but I carefully tried to hear, other wise we might be injured.
In the beginning I tried the first level It was easy so we skipped to the second level. Yes, we tried level 3 and after three, Tomoka and I challenged level five.
I saw immediately that level five was so hard for us. The second activity was just a ladder but it was so hard for us as I couldn’t keep my balance. It was an unstable ladder but we kept on trying. Actually we wanted to give up along the way. However we finally got it.
At the end of the activity on level 5, the flying fox awaited us. I also thought in life there are a lot of difficulties however if we get over it, awesome experiences wait for us! It was superb.
I recommend to you if you have a chance to go there. You should try level 5 !! A great experience waits for you !

One student's experience at the trip to the Katikati Bird Garden

Yesterday I visited the bird Garden in Katikati with Yam,Patty and the teacher Juan. At the bird garden we're looking and feeding to the birds like chickens, ducks and pigeons. My favorite bird was a grey duck with Green beak, also we can see the peacock, parrots and a strange bird similar to a phoenix. The most funny parts in the trip was when we feed the birds because a lot of birds arrived with us. Isaias Barraza  (Chile)

This is a writing from our lovely student Arisa before she left to go back home.

I stayed in NZ for 11 months. Basically I stayed in Nelson for 8 months, Wellington for 2 months and tauranga for 1 months. And I traveled around the North island and the South Island with my family and friends as well. I came to NZ for working holiday so most of time I'm working. i worked in the restaurants, the backpackers and the farm as well. Actually working as a waiter in foreign country was my dream and I could do it so I'm very proud of me. It was really hard because my English was not good enough, I had lots of mistakes and sometimes my boss yelled at me. So when I started to work there often I cried. But I could learnt lots of things and became so much stronger. One of the reasons why I worked hard is to earn money for going back to Bay Learning Academy. Actually I had been at this school 2 years ago. When I graduated this school I decided to come back again. And then I could come back :)! The other dream came true!! I was so happy to be a student here

A Little trip to McLaren Falls Park

by Akiko Wakamatsu We went to the McLaren Falls Park yesterday. We rode in three cars separately. I rode in Juan's car with another 3 persons.  I was looking forward to going there because I went to the park before 2 years ago. the park is wonderfull. It is a large area, many plants and a beautiful lake. I saw many ducks and sheep. The park show me great scenery as 2 years ago. I am glad to visit there again. Then we played Frisbee Golf, it was the first time for me throwing the Frisbee. We went up the hill. Sometimes the Frisbee flied somewhere. But we were enjoying it. I felt younger in my mind. Thank you
